Walking through a market, sipping a fresh cup of spicy chai, the fragrance of orchids, jasmine and roses fills the air. You pass by a beautiful stall, selling sweet-smelling garlands and fresh flowers, next door the spice vendor amid his piles of aromatic spices and herbs wishes you Namaste. Indian floral notes, combined with spicy notes of cardamom and clove, grounded by patchouli create this intoxicating fragrance.
Our incense is made using reclaimed, sustainably harvested wood waste. Starting with a sustainably grown bamboo stick, a thick paste of reclaimed rubberwood powder, Indian laurel bark powder (a natural gum, also known as jiggat), and water is coated onto the stick. The sticks are sundried for several days and then infused with a blend of oils unique to each scent.
Each 9" stick burns for approximately one hour.
